As a small business, Part of our continued success is dependent on the mutual respect of each others time. We understand that emergencies DO happen. However last minute cancellations and No shows do not allow us sufficient time for us to offer your appointment time slot to another client. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies.
Late Arrivals
We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 mins late.
To respect the time for our other clients and stylists. We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Your appointment is booked for your service time with the allotment of time to also properly clean and sanitize for the next client after.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
We require 24 hours Notice for cancellation of your scheduled services to be without penalty.
We reserve the right to require a 50 % deposit on a credit card for any color services to hold your appointment. Which will be applied to your service at your scheduled appointment.
~If Guest fails to show up to their scheduled appointment, with a no call or no show. Our policy is as follows
*Your 50% deposit will be non-refundable
*Appointments will not be able to be reserved again until fee is paid
*After repeated late cancellation – No shows, This may result in no longer being able to schedule an appointment. Services will then be on a “walk in” basis only
We thank you for your cooperation with this policy. This policy not only protects our stylists from losing time and money. It also makes it possible to get our guests in for their appointment when they need to. We want to be able to accommodate everyone, and ask that you please be respectful of this time you reserve with us.
